Cost and Fees

The rental cost of a Sheltering Tree apartment is comparable to area market-value apartments. Because Sheltering Tree tenants qualify for and utilize housing subsidy programs, the tenant pays one-third of their personal income for rent and utilities combined, keeping costs affordable.

A Monday-Friday evening catered monthly meal plan is available for an additional fee. Cost per meal is approximately $10-$12 each.
